A "real person" booking service generally available 9.30am - 6.30 pm who can help you to choose which accommodation is best for you and your party (or you can book and pay online)
Pillows, duvets and mattress covers for all beds (bring your own sheets, duvet covers, sleeping bags, pillow cases, towels and tea-towels). We can provide it but YOU have the choice over whether to pay or bring your own.
Bed linen provided FREE OF CHARGE for all beds on stays of 7 nights or over
All electricity for heating, lighting and hot water
TV, DVD player and CD player in all of our cabins (we invite you to bring your own DVDs and CDs) Please note that some cabins with SKY have just the basic 5 channels
No VAT to pay!
No Booking Fee! The price you see is the price that you pay
No Cleaning Fee!
No enforced bed linen fee - you choose to bring your own linen or we can supply it
Somebody on call (usually) 24 hours a day in case of any maintenance issues
